As an OSCIP qualified by the Ministry of Justice, AEB can sign a Partnership Term with public bodies and agreements with companies. The templates below are available for the partner's legal team to review.
Official Partnership Term template between Federal, State or Municipal Government and an OSCIP, covering object, work programme, transfer of funds, accountability, evaluation committee, termination and jurisdiction.
Corporate agreement template used by OSCIP-ABRA to offer member discounts on products and services, with institutional promotion of the partner brand in return.
Sponsorship contract template with Yellow, Blue, Red and Green tiers — brand exposure in AEB social projects with deliverables, 12-month term and clear renewal/termination rules.
