Build a technological, operational and training platform to support the integral protection of at-risk children and adolescents. Evolution of the PPCAAM Guardian Angels project (2011), focused on universal values, human rights and citizenship.

Audience
At-risk children and adolescents, their families, the protection network, tutelary councils, the justice system, and federal/state programmes for threatened witnesses.
How to participate
SNDCA, state programmes (PPCAAM), public prosecutors and civil society organisations may propose technical cooperation to deploy the system locally.
  • SINTAG platform — integrated case and witness management system.
  • Training of protection agents and teams in human rights.
  • Articulation with the federal and state PPCAAM programmes.
  • Manual for child and adolescent victim assistance (Formosa-GO, 2020) as a training annex.
  • Protection logistics: travel, HR, security and insurance dimensioned in 2021.

Operational set submitted to the Brazilian National Secretariat for Children's and Adolescents' Rights (SNDCA) in March-April 2021. Brings together budget planning, human resources, travel (simulation), insurance, equipment, security and management models used to dimension the proposal. Released as public AEB archive as evidence of institutional capacity.
